We are a Gourmet Sausage Producer located in Basehor, KS just
a few miles west of the Kansas Speedway.  With more then 50
types of hand made sausages available you will find something
for any occasion.  Everything that is sold in our retail store is
produced in our store in micro batches so we are able to focus
on quality of each and every product we produce.
We are now serving lunch in our
retail store.  The famous Loose
Meat Sandwiches.  Stop in and
get you one.  We will start
